Rendering: Upper Floor plan Design

This is a small in class Charrettes assignment. The challenge was to to design a given spaces and turn it into a space that we first thought of when looking at the floor plan.

A quick sketching design of a two storage spaces of a given floor plan. I designed one space into an artwork on wall shelves and another space into a sitting and library area.

The project included a conceptual plan, a technical plan, a color rendering plan, and a design board of the designed floor plan. A mood board of the design was added later after the project end.
